Explanation: There is a difference, isn’t there? It’s a lot harder to rig user testing to our advantage, especially when testing complex functionality (or people). Users tell you how it is and you can’t hide what a user test video is showing. I’m pretty sure Sheldon would have never passed proper user testing.
