Physics and Change Management: Our efforts of change are often met with Newton’s famous “equal and opposite reaction”. To deal with it you have to go back to Newton’s first law and introduce a different force. This is called innovation. Imagine two forces stuck pushing directly against each other then a third force pushing slightly from side. The change of direction is a necessary part of evolution.
