Physics and Change Management: Newton’s third law of motion states “our force is met with equal and opposite reaction”. The same applies when trying to evolve a company: politics, fear, legalities, red tape. This is a natural aspect of change. Tomorrow I’ll post how to deal with the “opposite reaction”.
